3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. BoostMe retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

BoostMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
